Agreement to terms

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Akify nor its suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amounts you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event (unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise).

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
